Job Description:
Ingram Micro is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position, suitable for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of relevant experience. As a Client Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide essential support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries and provide assistance. 2. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database. 5. Coordinate with logistics partners to manage client deliveries and returns. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. 2. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. 5. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes. 6. Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 7. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
