Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at Publix Super Markets. This part-time position is based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU and is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As a Remote Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various remote communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering client inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat - Escalating client issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Innovative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using remote communication tools and software - High school diploma or equivalent
