Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team at Loews in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients and assisting in managing their accounts.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Assisting clients with account transactions and requests - Conducting research to answer client questions or resolve issues - Managing and updating client information in our database - Assisting in the preparation of client reports and presentations - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong research skills and ability to work independently - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
