Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. As a Remote Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have - Provide product information and assistance to clients in a professional and courteous manner - Assist clients with account setup, online banking services, and other digital platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to better assist clients - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security of client information

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Adaptable and driven individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly and effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other digital tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
