Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Judo Bank is looking for a talented Client Service Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As an Associate Level role, we require candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and assistance to clients with account maintenance, transactions, and product inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes - Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and propose innovative solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
