Job Description - Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records - Work closely with sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist with strategic planning for client accounts - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
