Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Darden Restaurants in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all client interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. This role is a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority and requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage all client interactions and inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their needs and concerns - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to better serve them - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience - Monitor client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide proactive solutions to clients
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a client service or related role - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
