We are currently seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at CDW in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time position at mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients while working remotely.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status - Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients - Handle escalated client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services or a similar role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
