Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Avon Products is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Understanding client needs and providing personalized service - Resolving client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitoring client satisfaction and implementing improvements as needed - Analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Maintaining accurate client records and information - Providing regular updates and reports to management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
