Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


AutoZone is seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client service management, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and exceed their expectations - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery - Create and maintain detailed client profiles and records - Develop and deliver client presentations and reports - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions - Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client service management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work part-time hours
