As a Remote Client Service Manager at Aristocrat Leisure, located in Perth, Western Australia, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of services. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client communications. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. 4. Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 5. Monitor key performance indicators and report on client satisfaction metrics. 6. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 7. Track and manage client contracts, renewals, and billing processes. 8. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of client service representatives.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality traits. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Ability to make quick and effective decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of managing client relationships successfully. 6. Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
