Job Description:
As a Remote Client Service Manager at Tenet Healthcare, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. Your role will involve interacting with clients remotely to address their needs, resolve any issues that may arise, and provide support throughout their healthcare journey.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support. 2. Listen to client needs and address any concerns or questions they may have in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with relevant information and guidance. 6. Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, invoicing, and ensuring timely payments. 7. Prepare reports and presentations for clients as needed. 8. Provide training and support to clients on Tenet Healthcare services and resources.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or account management. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. 6. Resourceful and adaptable to changing client needs and industry trends. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus.
