Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Marathon Petroleum is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a client service role. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, innovative, and adept at project management.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure client needs are met. 4. Analyze data and metrics to track client engagement and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for client acquisition and retention. 6. Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates on products and services and gather feedback. 7. Manage client accounts, including handling billing and invoicing processes. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service or account management, preferably in the petroleum industry. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent project management skills. 6. Ability to think innovatively and come up with creative solutions to client problems.
