Job Description - Client Service Manager

Exelon, a leading energy provider in Brisbane, Queensland, is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team at a mid-to-senior level. We are looking for a hardworking and independent individual with at least 7 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts and ensure all service agreements are being met - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and ensure deliverables are on schedule - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts and address any concerns that may arise - Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and discuss future opportunities for collaboration - Manage a team of client service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service management - Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of the energy industry preferred but not required
