Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team at Marathon Petroleum in Adelaide, South Australia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Client Service Manager will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention and foster loyalty. 4. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing regular reports to management. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients. 6. Handle contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company. 7. Address any client issues or escalations in a professional and timely manner. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services or account management. 3. Strong project management and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Previous experience in the petroleum industry is a plus.
