Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description: ABM Industries is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, even within an established organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in client service management, with at least 7 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Create and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing new services or offering solutions to their business challenges - Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and market trends to provide insights for strategic planning and product development - Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client service management or account management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience - Resilient personality with strong motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Availability to work part-time, with flexibility to meet client needs outside regular business hours
