Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as a Client Service Manager, working from home in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively - Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Assist in the development of sales strategies to attract new clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proven experience in client service management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Comfortable working remotely and independently
