Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Client Service Manager at Airgas, you will have the unique opportunity to work remotely from your home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. We are seeking a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, persuasive, and innovative with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and exceeding client expectations.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Serve as the main point of contact for clients to address any inquiries, concerns, or escalations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client projects - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Analyze client data and metrics to track performance and identify trends - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client service performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in client service management - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Australian Capital Territory residency
