Textron is seeking a confident and dedicated Client Service Manager to work from home in Brisbane, Queensland. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in client service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients 5. Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner 6. Analyze client metrics and create reports to track client satisfaction and retention rates 7. Develop and implement client retention strategies to drive business growth 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management 9. Collaborate with other Client Service Managers to share best practices and improve overall client experience
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 2. Proven track record of successful client service management 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong emotional intelligence and empathy towards client needs 5. Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 7. Experience working remotely and managing virtual client relationships 8. Ability to work independently and proactively seek solutions to client issues
