Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Ralph Lauren is seeking a driven and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets - Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Provide product knowledge and support to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and video conferences - Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Persuasive and able to influence others - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
