Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons’ is seeking a Client Service Manager to work remotely from home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate and independent, with strong cooperation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with clients - Identify client needs and propose solutions to meet those needs - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner - Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
