Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Manager to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria. The ideal candidate for this part-time, mid-to-senior level role will have at least 8 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to clients. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics to senior management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
