Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and independent Client Service Officer to join our team at QBE Insurance in Perth, Western Australia. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and coverage options - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their insurance policies - Maintain client records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Attention to detail and strong time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
