Job Description:
As a Client Service Officer at Twenty-First Century Fox in Brisbane, Queensland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, but we are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals who possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Proactively resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service
