Job Description:
Liberty Interactive is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are confident, dedicated, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other remote communication channels - Conduct research and analysis to address client needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance metrics - Assist with special projects and other duties as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional service to clients
