Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team at Fidelity National Information Services in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is part-time at an Associate level, and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services - Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Manage and update client information in the company database - Prepare reports and presentations for clients as needed - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements


Requirements: - Confident and independent with strong decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively - Minimum 4 years of experience in client service or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
