Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone and email to address any inquiries or concerns they may have - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competition - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Adaptability and strong teamwork skills
