Job Description: As a Client Service Officer at Host Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from your home in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving client issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Maintaining accurate client records and updating information in the database. 4. Collaborating with other team members to optimize client experience and improve service delivery. 5. Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars. 6. Providing support to the sales and marketing team by generating leads and following up on potential opportunities.


Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality with strong communication skills. 2. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 3. Proven experience in customer service or a related field for at least 3 years. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines consistently.
