Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and have a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate client records in our database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner - Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to independently manage projects and tasks - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
