Job Description:
Masco in Perth, Western Australia is seeking a hardworking and independent Client Service Representative to join our team. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in client services. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Process orders and handle customer payments - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company values
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs - Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Fluent in English; proficiency in any additional languages is a plus - Must be able to work legally in Australia - High school diploma or equivalent
