Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at Commercial Metals in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in customer service in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure overall client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively answer client questions - Assist in maintaining client databases and documentation - Adhere to company policies and procedures in all client interactions
