Client Service Representative

Job Description:

ManpowerGroup is seeking a reliable and resilient Client Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. 4. Assess client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong persuasion and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Prior experience in client service or a related field. 7. Reliable and resilient personality traits.
