Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Voya Financial, a leading financial services company in Sydney, New South Wales, is seeking a confident and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate-level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and to promote client retention. 3. Assist clients with account management tasks, including processing transactions, updating information, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to address any client concerns or feedback. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, efficiency, and accuracy. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to client service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. 2. 2+ years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
