Job Description - Client Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Client Service Representative at Kinder Morgan in Melbourne, Victoria, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with clients and contributing to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and maintain regular communication to address their needs and concerns - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement - Generate reports and analyze client data to track performance and identify trends - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and contribute to business development efforts - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
