Client Service Representative

Job Description: Western Union is seeking a reliable and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email - Assist clients with transactions, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer client questions and provide solutions - Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals - Conduct research to resolve complex client issues and provide creative solutions

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be reliable and accountable for assigned tasks
