Job Description:
Brighte is seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service or related fields.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Manage client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. 3. Liaise with other internal departments to address client needs and issues. 4. Assist with client onboarding and account management processes. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvements in client service processes and communication. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve client service goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a client service or related role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Innovation and cooperation skills. 6. Reliable and dedicated work ethic.
