Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Kellogg is seeking a hardworking and independent Client Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate-level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects and deliverables, ensuring that client expectations are met. 4. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client service processes. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any areas for improvement. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client interactions and feedback. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in client service or a related field. 3. Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering results. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6.
