Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Financial in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their inquiries and provide assistance - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client service or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Persuasion skills to effectively promote products and services - Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide solutions quickly - High school diploma or equivalent
