Client Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Service Representative at Praxair in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling. 4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients. 6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the client experience. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics. 8. Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate personality traits. 2. Strong teamwork and research skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in customer relationship management software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
