Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a confident and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving client issues and complaints with efficiency and care. 3. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Providing product and service information to clients. 6. Conducting follow-up calls or emails to ensure client satisfaction. 7. Keeping up to date with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 3. Excellent time management skills. 4. Confident and dedicated work ethic. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
