Job Description:
Hanesbrands is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address any inquiries or concerns - Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide product information and recommendations to clients - Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - High emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
