Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Client Service Specialist to join our team at Becton Dickinson in Adelaide, South Australia. As a leading global medical technology company, we are committed to improving healthcare around the world. The Client Service Specialist will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 3. Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and returns, providing solutions to any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 6. Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products and services. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. 4. Excellent planning and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 5. Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
