Job Description:

Hess, a leading company in the energy sector, is looking for a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, possess strong negotiation skills, and excel in people management.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide timely responses. 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our services. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies to improve service delivery.

Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong negotiation abilities and experience in conflict resolution. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 6. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
