Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Client Service Specialist to join our team at W.R. Berkley in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliverables - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow - Motivated and driven to exceed client expectations
