Job Description:
BlueScope Steel is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their career in customer service and client management. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to develop business opportunities and drive revenue growth - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to better serve clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing BlueScope Steel's products and services - Assist with negotiation and contract agreements with clients - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by BlueScope Steel - Utilize company transportation for client visits and meetings as needed
Requirements: - Driven and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
