Job Description:
JetBlue Airways is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Service Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a minimum requirement of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and addressing any issues that may arise during their travel. 3. Investigate and resolve client complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive resolution for all parties involved. 4. Collaborate with other departments within the company to address client needs and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, following company policies and guidelines. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and helpful information. 7. Act as a brand ambassador for JetBlue Airways, promoting our services and ensuring a positive image of the company at all times.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline industry. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and find solutions independently. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. 4. Proven ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service. 7. Energetic personality with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our clients.
