Job Description - Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


Amazon.com is seeking a talented Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for remote clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the company's CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to the team - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and meet their needs


Requirements: - Four or more years of experience in customer service or client support - Passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Confident in handling challenging client situations with professionalism and empathy - Strong innovation skills to think outside the box and find creative solutions for clients - Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong written and verbal communication skills
