Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Expedia is looking for a dedicated and passionate Client Service Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing detailed information about our products and services to clients. 3. Resolving client issues and complaints in a proactive and efficient manner. 4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction. 5. Collaborating with other team members to optimize processes and improve overall client experience. 6. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. 3. Confident and able to communicate effectively with clients. 4. Strong strategic planning skills and leadership abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
