Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

American Financial Group is seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in client service roles, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their financial needs.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and providing personalized solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues. 4. Conduct research and analysis to recommend financial products and services that align with clients' goals and objectives. 5. Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions, updating information, and preparing reports. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. 7. Meet or exceed service level agreements and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in a client service role, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Must have a quiet and professional home office setup with high-speed internet access.
