Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


HRG Group is looking for a motivated and reliable Client Service Specialist to work from home in Brisbane, Queensland. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing accurate information about the company's products and services to clients. 3. Resolving client issues and concerns effectively and efficiently. 4. Maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude when interacting with clients and team members. 5. Managing client accounts and updating database information as needed. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met. 7. Upholding high standards of service and striving for excellence in all interactions. 8. Meeting and exceeding assigned goals and targets.


Requirements: 1. Must be motivated and reliable, with a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Excellent communication and people management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection. 7. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with occasional evening or weekend shifts. 8. Must be located in Brisbane, Queensland.
